Lorraine Cassidy is a recordist and classical vocalist.
She has taught at Hume Conservatorium and been involved in the institution since 1986, as Administration Assistant, Bursar, Acting Co- Director, Acting Director and Deputy Director. She also served as Public Officer of the Board of Management for several years.
Lorraine holds the Associate Diploma in Creative Arts from the Riverina College of Advanced Education, the Associate Diploma in Creative Arts (Music) in voice from TAFE NSW and the Bachelor of Music/Bachelor of Teaching from the University of New England.
Lorraine has performed with St. Saviour's Cathedral Choir, the Argyle Society, and the Goulburn Consort of Voices.
In 2012, major performance highlights were singing in the chorus of the Melbourne Opera Company's production of "Carmen" and "The Italian Songbook: Fundraiser Concert".
She currently performs regularly with the Hume Conservatorium Community Choir.
